This blog revolves around niqaabi pen-pals from all across the world. The only factor that they have in common is the fact that they are all  struggling with their identity as muslimahs despite most of them being in niqaab.

For the first post, click here.

Picture Perfect – Haalah : A good girl gone bad. When her once picture perfect life turns into shambles, Haalah turns to the wrong avenues to cope.

Forbidden! – Layya : Nĭ hăo. My name is Layya. I live in China. I am the 3rd child. I repeat, I live in China and I’m the third child. The forbidden child.

In the blink of an eye – Maleeha : South Africa, A land where the grass is so green that you are free to practice deen, but do you?

Typically Teen – Saadiqah : I live in Canada. Niqaab is my couture, rebellion is my nature.

Flawless Facade – Basheera : There’s so much more to me than what meets the eye. People think I have it all but dig deeper and you’ll find its simply lie.

Behind the orange punjabi – Shenaaz : One woman you think you have all pegged, little do you know that was her precise intent. She’s a mystery no one can comprehend, because she’s got everyone completely hoodwinked

Masquerade – Saamiah: Outwardly, she’s the perfect dutiful Muslimah. Covered from head to toe. Little do you know, that niqaab is less an expression of modesty and more a mask she dons when it suits.

    1. Walaykum Salaam. Jee Alhamdulillah but posts won’t be as often since everyone is very hectic with Ramadhaan coming up. Aww I’m so glad you do. Made a new one to add in the new names and only after it was done realised it looks a little strange since the last ones background was blue. Jazakillah for always taking the time out to comment and encourage us.
